About Pinnacle Valuation Group

Pinnacle Valuation Group is a Virginia‑based appraisal and consulting practice focused on rural land, agricultural assets, and complex real estate assignments. The firm was founded on a simple principle: deliver clear, defensible valuation work grounded in real‑world agricultural knowledge and rigorous market analysis.

Our practice combines advanced appraisal methodology with hands‑on experience in rural land, soils, timber, agricultural operations, and integrator‑controlled poultry facilities. We serve lenders, attorneys, CPAs, landowners, and developers who require reliable valuation support for high‑stakes decisions.

Pinnacle provides the level of technical depth and professionalism expected from a larger valuation firm, while maintaining the responsiveness, consistency, and direct communication that only a dedicated specialist can offer
